काकाकाका.... आ. 155 (अ).आ. 155 (अ).आ. 155 (अ).आ. 155 (अ).————मानव अंग और ऊतक प्रत्यारोपण िनयमावली, 2014 के िनयम 31 के उप-िनयम (2) के अनुसरण में, कें (cid:18) सरकार एत(cid:21)ारा विनि(cid:25)दष्ट करती है कि गोवा राज्य के िलए गोवा मेिडकल कॉलेज, बैम्बोिलम, गोवा, राज्य स्तरीय नेटव!कग संगठन (इसके पश्चात् राज्य अंग और ऊतक प्रत्यारोपण संगठन के रूप में संद(भत) होगा।
2. उक्त राज्य अंग और ऊतक प्रत्यारोपण संगठन गोवा सरकार, िजसका गोवा राज्य पर क्षेत्राधिकार होगा तथा जो उक्त नेटव!कग संगठन के /यय को भी वहन करेगी, के सम0 नियंत्रण और पर्यवेक्षण के तहत कार्य करेगा।
3. उपयु र्क्त नेटव!कग संगठन के प्रयोजन के िलए स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार द्वारा कार्यान्वित किए गए राष्ट्रीय अंग प्रत्यारोपण कार्य:म (एनओटीपी) के तहत उपलब्ध कराई जाने वाली सहायता स्वीकार्य होगी।
4. यह अिधसूचना राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होगी।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 27th December, 2019
S.O. 155(E).—In pursuance of sub-rule (2) of rule 31 of the Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Rules, 2014, the Central Government hereby specifies that the Goa Medical College Bambolim, Goa shall be State level networking organization (hereinafter referred to as State Organ and Tissue Transplant Organisation) for the State of Goa.
2. The said State Organ and Tissue Transplant Organisation shall function under the overall control and supervision of the Government of Goa having jurisdiction over the State of Goa, which shall also bear the expenditure of the aforesaid networking organisation.
3. Assistance as may be provided under National Organ Transplant Programme (NOTP) implemented by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India for the purposes of the aforesaid networking organisation shall be admissible.
4. This notification shall come into force with effect from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
