सा.का.िन. 27(अ).—कें (cid:9) सरकार, महापत्तन न्यास अिधिनयम, 1963 (1963 का 38) की धारा 132 की उप- धारा (1) के साथ पठित, धारा 124 की उप-धारा (1) के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते (cid:30)ए चेन्नई पत्तन न्यास के न्यासी बोर्ड द्वारा तैयार किए गए इस अिधसूचना में अनुबंिधत अनुसूची में यथा व'णत, चेन्नई पत्तन न्यास (लोक भविष्य िनिध) संशोधन िविनयम, 2020 को एत+ारा अनुमोदित करती है।
2. यथा अनुमोदित उक्त संशोिधत िविनयम, सरकारी राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रभावी हो जायेंगे।
अनुसूची
महापत्तन न्यास अिधिनयम, 1963 (1963 का 38) की धारा 28 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते (cid:30)ए चेन्नई पत्तन न्यास का न्यासी मंडल एततद्वारा चेन्नई पत्तन न्यास (लोक भविष्य िनिध) संशोधन िविनयम, 1997 को आगे और संशोिधत करने हेतु निम्निलिखत िविनयम बनाता है, नामत: :—

(1) इन विनियमों को चेन्नई पत्तन न्यास (लोक भविष्य िनिध) संशोधन िविनयम, 2020 कहा जायेगा।(2) ये िविनयम, इस पर कें (cid:9) सरकार के अनुमोदन से भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रभावी हो जाएंगे। (2) चेन्नई पत्तन न्यास (लोक भविष्य िनिध) िविनयम, 1997 में िविनयम-14 को विलुप्त किया जाता है। पाद टिप्पणी : मुख्य िविनयम सा. का. िन. सं. 282 (अ) दिनांक 27 मई, 1997 के तहत भारत के असाधारण राजपत्र में प्रकाशित किये गये थे तथा तत्पश्चात् उसे सा.का.िन. सं. 51(अ) दिनांक 17 जनवरी, 2000; और सा.का.िन.
सं. 47(अ) दिनांक 3 फरवरी, 2006 के तहत संशोिधत किया गया था।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 13th January, 2020
G.S.R. 27(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 124, read with sub-section (1) section 132 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Central Government hereby approves the Chennai Port Trust (General Provident Fund) Amendment Regulations, 2020, made by the Board of Trustees of the Chennai Port Trust, as set out in the Schedule annexed to this notification.
2. The said regulations as approved shall come into force on the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
SCHEDULE
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 28 of the Major Port Trust Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Board of Trustees of the Chennai Port hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Chennai Port Trust (General Provident Fund) Amendment Regulations, 1997, namely:-
1. (1) These regulations may be called the Chennai Port Trust (General Provident Fund) Amendment Regulations, 2020.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of publication of the approval thereto by the Central Government in the Gazette of India.
2. In the Chennai Port Trust (General Provident Fund) Regulations, 1997, regulation-14 shall be omitted.
