सासासासा....काकाकाका....िनिनिनिन. . . . 30303030 ((((अअअअ).).).).———— कें (cid:3)ीय सरकार ने, प्रशासनिक अिधकरण अिधिनयम, 1985 (1985 का 13) की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते (cid:21)ए और इस िवषय में आन्(cid:26) प्रदेश राज्य सरकार से अनुरोध प्राप्त होने पर, भारत सरकार के का(cid:30)मक, लोक िशकायत तथा पेंशन मंत्रालय (का(cid:30)मक और प्रशिक्षण िवभाग) के राजपत्र, असाधारण के भाग II, खंड-3, उप-खंड (i) में प्रकाशित अिधसूचना संख्या सा.का.िन. 928 (अ) दिनांक 26 अक्टूबर, 1989 द्वारा आन्(cid:26) प्रदेश प्रशासनिक अिधकरण को दिनांक 1 नवंबर, 1989 से स्थापित किया है;
और आन्(cid:26) प्रदेश राज्य सरकार ने, आन्(cid:26) प्रदेश उ1 न्यायलय की सहमित प्राप्त करने के प2ात, अब उक्त आन्(cid:26) प्रदेश प्रशासनिक अिधकरण को समाप्त करने के िलए अनुरोध किया है;
अतः अब, कें (cid:3)ीय सरकार, साधारण खंड अिधिनयम, 1897 (1897 का 10) की धारा 21 के साथ पठित प्रशासनिक अिधकरण अिधिनयम, 1985 (1985 का 13) की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते (cid:21)ए, एत5ारा िवखंिडत करने से पूर्व की जानी वाली अथवा हटाई जाने वाली सम्बंधित चीज़ो को छोड़कर, 26 अक्टूबर, 1989 की उक्त अिधसूचना संख्या सा.का.िन. 928 (अ) को भारत के राजपत्र में इस अिधसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से िवखंिडत करती है।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 14th January, 2020
G.S.R. 30 (E).—Whereas, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 4 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 (13 of 1985) and on receipt of the request from the Government of the State of Andhra Pradesh in this behalf, the Central Government has established the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal with effect from the 1st day of November, 1989 vide notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievance and Pensions (Department of Personnel and Training), published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section(i), vide number GSR 928(E), dated the 26th October, 1989;
And whereas, the Government of the State of Andhra Pradesh, after obtaining the concurrence of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, has now made a request for abolition of the said Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 4 of the Administrative Tribunals Act 1985(13 of 1985), read with section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (10 of 1897), the Central Government hereby rescinds the said notification number G.S.R. 928 (E), dated the 26th October, 1989, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette of India.
