का. आ.का. आ.का. आ.का. आ. 200200200200(अ)(अ)(अ)(अ)....————के न्(cid:12)ीय सरकार, सरकारी स्थान (अप्राधिकृ त अधिभोगियों की बेदखली) अिधिनयम,1971 (1971 का 40) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते ,ए, नीचे दी गई सारणी के स्तंभ (1) में उल्लिखित अधिकारी को लोक प्राधिकरण के एक अधिकारी होते ,ए उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनों के िलए संपदा अधिकारी के रूप में भारत सरकार के राजपत्रित अधिकारी की पंक्ति के समतुल्य नियुक्त करती है जो उक्त सारणी के स्तंभ (2) में विनि>दष्ट सरकारी स्थान के संबंध में अपनी अधिकारित की स्थानीय सीमाओं के भीतर उक्त अधिनियम के द्वारा या उसके अधीन एक संपदा अधिकारी को प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करेगा और अधिरोपित कर्तDों का अनुपालन करेगा। सारणीसारणीसारणीसारणी

New Delhi, the 8th January, 2020

S.O. 200(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1971 ( 40 of 1971), the Central Government hereby appoints the Officer mentioned in column (1) of the table below, being an officer of the public authority, equivalent to the rank of Gazetted Officer of the Government of India to be Estate Officer for the purposes of the said Act, who shall exercise the powers conferred and perform the duties imposed on an Estate Officer by or under the said Act within the local limits of his jurisdiction in respect of the public premises specified in column (2) of the said table : -
