सं. 4/2020-सीमा शुल्क (गै.टै ./सीएए /एक्सटै न्शन/ राआनि)
का.आ. 211(अ).—सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 (1962 का 52) की धारा 28(9) के प्रथम परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए महानिदेशक, राजस्व आसूचना निदेशालय, तालिका के स्तम्भ (3) में उल्लेखित कारण बताओ नोटिस के न्याय निर्णयन के प्रयोजनार्थ, जिनके लिए यथा उल्लेखित तालिका के स्तम्भ (4) में उल्लेखित समान न्याय निर्णयन प्राधिकारी पहले ही नियुक्त हो चुका है, तालिका के स्तंभ (2) में उल्लेखित नोटिसियों के संबंध में शुल्क अथवा ब्याज निर्धारण के प्रयोजनार्थ, एतद द्वारा सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 की धारा 28 की उप धारा (8) के तहत समायावधि प्रारम्भिक कारण बताओ नोटिस दिनांक 01.08.2019 की समाप्ति से आगे छह महीने की अवधि के लिए बढ़ाते हैं:-

New Delhi, the 14th January, 2020
No. 4/2020-Customs (N.T./CAA/ EXTENS ION/DRI)
S.O. 211(E).—In exercise of powers conferred upon by first proviso to section 28(9) of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Director General, Revenue Intelligence, hereby extends the period for purpose of determination of duty or interest under sub-section (8) of section 28 of the Customs Act, 1962, by a further period of six months with effect from the expiry of the period of the initial SCN dated 01.08.2019 in respect of the noticee mentioned in column (2) of the Table for the purpose of adjudication in respect of show cause notice mentioned in column (3) of the Table for which Common Adjudicating Authority stands appointed, as mentioned in column (4) of the Table below, namely:
