का.आ. 235(अ).—पेट्रोलियम एवं खनिज पाइपलाइन (भूमि में उपयोग के अधिकार का अर्जन) अधिनियम, 1962 (1962 का 50), ( इसमें इसके बाद उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है) की धारा 2 के खंड (क) के अनुसरण में भारत सरकार एतदद्वारा, आंध्र प्रदेश राज्य में मैसर्स इंडियन आयल कारपोरेशन लिमिटेड की एन्नोर– तिरुवल्लूर – बेंगलुरु – पुदुचेरी – नागपट्टिनम – मदुरै – टूटिकोरिन प्राकृ तिक गैस पाइपलाइन परियोजना के लिए पेट्रोलियम एवं खनिज पाइपलाइन (भूमि में उपयोग के अधिकार का अर्जन) अधिनियम, 1962 के तहत श्री एन.सी सुब्रह्मन्यम, विशेष उप-समाहर्ता, आंध्र प्रदेश सरकार को श्री वी. देवेंद्र रेड्डी, विशेष उप-समाहर्ता, आंध्र प्रदेश सरकार के स्थान पर सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कार्यों का निर्वाहन करने के लिए प्राधिकृ त करती है।
2. यह अधिसूचना जारी होने की तारीख से लागू होगी ।

New Delhi, the 14th January, 2020
S.O. 235(E).—In pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter called the said Act), the Government of India hereby authorizes Shri N.C. Subrahmanyam, Special Deputy Collector, Government of Andhra Pradesh vice Shri V. Devendra Reddy Special Deputy Collector, Government of Andhra Pradesh to perform the function of Competent Authority under the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 for Ennore – Thiruvallur – Bengaluru – Puducherry – Nagapattinam – Madurai – Tuticorin Natural Gas Pipeline Project of M/s Indian Oil Corporation Limited in the State of Andhra Pradesh.
2. This notification is applicable from the date of issue.
