का.आ. 238(अ).—पेंशन निधि विनियामक और विकास प्राधिकरण (पीएफआरडीए) अधिनियम, 2013 की धारा 4 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, के न्द्रीय सरकार, एतद् द्वारा, सुश्री सुजाता चतुर्वेदी (आईएएस 1989), अपर सचिव (स्थापना प्रभाग की प्रभारी), कामिक एवं प्रशिक्षण विभाग (डीओपीटी) को तत्काल प्रभाव से उनके वतर्मान पद की पदावधि तक अथवा अगले आदेशों तक, जो भी पहले हो, पेंशन निधि विनियामक और विकास प्राधिकरण में अंश-कालिक सदस्य (श्री संजीव नारायण माथुर के स्थान पर) के रूप में नियुक्त करती है ।

New Delhi, the 16th January, 2020
S.O. 238(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA) Act 2013, the Central Government hereby appoints Ms. Sujata Chaturvedi (IAS 1989), Additional Secretary (in-charge of Establishment Division), Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT) as Part-time Member, Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (vice Shri Sanjiv Narain Mathur), with immediate effect, for the duration of her tenure in present appointment or until further orders whichever is earlier.
