का. आ. 266 (अ)—के न्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खण्ड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का. आ. 615 (अ) तारीख 31 जनवरी 2019, जो भारत के राजपत्र असाधारण, भाग II-खण्ड 3-उप. खण्ड (ii) में तारीख 31 जनवरी 2019 को प्रकाशित की गई थी, में एतद्द्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थातः-

(क) संबधित क्रमांक संख्या 27 के गाँव ''रैंतोली'' में खसरा संख्या 247 के भूमि के प्रकार को ''सरकारी'' के स्थान पर ''सरकारी/निजी'' एवं भूमि की प्रकृ ति को ''सड़क '' के स्थान पर ''जबिर '' व संख्या 248 के भूमि के प्रकार को ''सरकारी'' के स्थान पर ''सरकारी/निजी'' एवं भूमि की प्रकृ ति को ''सड़क '' के स्थान पर ''जबिर ''पढ़ा जाए

S.O. 266(E)—In the schedule to the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 615 (E), dated the 31 January 2019 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II-Section-3-Sub-section (ii), dated the 31 January 2019, namely:- (a) Against Serial Number 27 related to Village "Raitoli" survey no. 247 under "Type of Land" for "Government" read as "Govt/Pvt" and under "Nature of land" for "Road" read as "NZA"; and Survey no. 248 366 GI/2020 (1) 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] under "Type of Land" for "Government" read as "Govt/Pvt" and under "Nature of land" for "Road" read as "NZA".
