का.आ. 4626(अ).—के न्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खंड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इस अधिसूचना के शासकीय राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से आंध्र प्रदेश राज्य के ईस्ट गोदावरी जिले में कि.मी. 169.7 से 236.15 तक रष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग सं. 30 (भद्राचलम से कु ं ता) के निर्माण (चौड़ीकरण पेव्ड शोल्डर सहित दो/चार लेन में उन्नयन आदि) अनुरक्षण, प्रबंधन, और प्रचालन हेतु उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (4), (5), (6) और (7) में क्रमशः उल्लिखित राज्य, जिलों, तालुकों और गावों से सम्बन्धित उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (3) की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में विनिदिष्ट भूमि के सम्बन्ध में अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (2) में उल्लिखित अधिकारियों को उक्त अधिनियम के अन्तर्गत सक्षम अधिकारियों के कृ त्यों का निष्पादन करने के लिए एतद्द्वारा सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में प्राधिकृ त करती है

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 18th December, 2020
S.O. 4626(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule annexed here to as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Schedule relating to state, districts, taluk and villages mentioned in column (4), (5), (6) and (7) respectively of the said Schedule for building (widening to 2 laning with paved shoulder/four-laning etc.,) maintenance, management and operation from Km. 169.7 to km. 236.15 of the National Highway No.30 (Bhadrachalam to Kunta) of East Godavari District in the State of ANDHRA PRADESH.
