का.आ. .—केन्द्रीय सरकार भारतीय पशुचिकित्सा परिषद् अधिनियम, 1984 (1984 का 52) के धारा -3 की उप धारा (3) और उप-धारा (6) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत के राजपत्र असाधारण, भाग-2, व खंड 3, उप-खण्ड (ii) में तारीख 13 अक्टूबर 2017, को प्रकािशत भारत सरकार के कृषि मंत्रालय (पशुपालन,डेयरी और मत्स्यपालन विभाग) की अधिसूचना संख्याक का.आ. 3326 (अ) 13 अक्टूबर 2017, को उन बातों के सिवाय ऐसे अधिक्रांत करते हुए, जिन्हें ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पहले किए गया है या करने का लोप किया गया है, निम्नलिखित व्यक्तियों को राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से भारत के भारतीय पशुचिकित्सा परिषद के सदस्यों के रूप में नामनिर्दिष्ट करती है, अर्थातः-

New Delhi, the 18th December, 2020
S.O. 4603(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by sub-sections (3) and (6) of section 3 of the Indian Veterinary Council Act, 1984 (52 of 1984), and in supersession of the notification of Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture (Department of Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries) number S.O.3326 (E) dated the 13th October, 2017, published in the Gazette of India Extra-ordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) dated the 13th October, 2017 except as respect to things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby nominated the following persons as members of the Veterinary Council of India with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, namely:-
