का.आ. 4646(अ).—के न्द्रीय सरकार, कं पनी (संशोधन) अधिनियम, 2020 (2020 का 29) की धारा 1 की उपधारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, 21 दिसम्बर 2020 को उस तारीख के रूप में नियत करती है जिसको उक्त अधिनियम के निम्नलिखित उपबंध प्रवृत होंगे, अर्थात् :-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 21st December, 2020
S.O. 4646(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2020 (29 of 2020), the Central Government hereby appoints the 21st day of December, 2020 as the date on which the following provisions of the said Act shall come into force, namely:-
