व्यापार (विकास एवं विनियमन) अधिनियम 1992 (वर्ष 1992 की सं. 22) की धारा 3 के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार एतदद्वारा मेडिकल गॉगल्स और नाइट्राइल/एनबीआर ग्लव्ज के निर्यात से संबंधित आईटीसी (एचएच) निर्यात नीति 2018 की अनुसूची-2 को संशोधित करने वाली अधिसूचना सं. 21/2015-20 दिनांक 28.07.2020 और अधिसूचना सं. 42/2015-20 दिनांक 22.10.2020 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है।

Subject: Amendment in Export Policy of Medical Goggles and Nitrile/NBR Gloves.

S.O. 4641(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992), as amended, read with Para 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-20, the Central Government hereby makes following amendment in the Notification No. 21/2015-20 dated 28.07.2020 and Notification No. 42/2015-20 dated 22.10.2020 amending the Schedule 2 of the ITC (HS) Export Policy 2018 related to the export of Medical Goggles and Nitrile/NBR Gloves:

2. Effect of this Notification:
