सं. ई- 14011/1/2020-एलपीएआई.—भारतीय भूमि पत्तन प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 2010 (2010 का 31) की धारा 10 के साथ पठित धारा 35 की उपधारा (2) के खंड (ख) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, कें द्र सरकार की पूर्व स्वीकृ ति के बाद, भारतीय भूमि पत्तन प्राधिकरण (अधिकारियों और अन्य कर्मचारियों) के भर्ती विनियम, 2016 को संशोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाते हैं :-
1. (1) इन विनियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम भारतीय भूमि पत्तन प्राधिकरण (अधिकारियों और अन्य कर्मचारियों) के भर्ती (संशोधित) विनियम, 2020 है ।
(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. भारतीय भूमि पत्तन प्राधिकरण (अधिकारियों और अन्य कर्मचारियों) के भर्ती विनियम, 2016 ( बाद में उक्त विनियम के रूप में संदर्भित ) के बाद 'तालिका' के ऊपर खंड 6 के बाद, शीर्षक ''अनुसूची'' में सम्मिलित किया जाएगा । 3. उक्त विनियमों की, अनुसूची के कालम (11 ) में उप-शीर्षक 'प्रतिनियुक्ति' के अंतर्गत :-
(i) क्रम संख्या 6 के विरूद्ध, कार्यकारी अभियंता के पद से सम्बंधित, "कें द्र सरकार के अधिकारी" शब्दों के लिए, "कें द्र सरकार या राज्य सरकार के अधिकारी" शब्दों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा ।

(1) 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] (ii) क्रम संख्या 9 के विरूद्ध, सहायक इंजीनियर ( सिविल और इलेक्ट्रिकल) के पद से सम्बंधित, "कें द्र सरकार के अधिकारी" शब्दों के लिए, "कें द्र सरकार या राज्य सरकार के अधिकारी" शब्दों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा । (iii) क्रम संख्या 10 के विरूद्ध, निजी सचिव के पद से सम्बंधित, "कें द्र सरकार के अधिकारी" शब्दों के लिए, "कें द्र सरकार या राज्य सरकार के अधिकारी" शब्दों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा । (iv) क्रम संख्या 11 के विरूद्ध, कनिष्ठ इंजीनियर ( सिविल और इलेक्ट्रिकल) के पद से सम्बंधित, "कें द्र सरकार के अधिकारी" शब्दों के लिए, "कें द्र सरकार या राज्य सरकार के अधिकारी" शब्दों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा । (v) क्रम संख्या 12 के विरूद्ध, सहायक के पद से सम्बंधित, "कें द्र सरकार के अधिकारी" शब्दों के लिए, "कें द्र सरकार या राज्य सरकार के अधिकारी" शब्दों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा ।
(vi) क्रम संख्या 13 के विरूद्ध, व्यैक्तिक सहायक के पद से सम्बंधित, "कें द्र सरकार के अधिकारी" शब्दों के लिए, "कें द्र सरकार या राज्य सरकार के अधिकारी" शब्दों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा ।
(vii) क्रम संख्या 14 के विरूद्ध, ज्येष्ठ लेखाकार के पद से सम्बंधित, "कें द्र सरकार के अधिकारी" शब्दों के लिए, "कें द्र सरकार या राज्य सरकार के अधिकारी" शब्दों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा ।
(viii) क्रम संख्या 15 के विरूद्ध, लेखाकार के पद से सम्बंधित, "कें द्र सरकार के अधिकारी" शब्दों के लिए, "कें द्र सरकार या राज्य सरकार के अधिकारी" शब्दों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा ।
(ix) क्रम संख्या 16 के विरूद्ध, आशुलिपिक श्रेणी घ के पद से सम्बंधित, "कें द्र सरकार के अधिकारी" शब्दों के लिए, "कें द्र सरकार या राज्य सरकार के अधिकारी" शब्दों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा ।
(x) क्रम संख्या 17 के विरूद्ध, रोकड़िया के पद से सम्बंधित, "कें द्र सरकार के अधिकारी" शब्दों के लिए, "कें द्र सरकार या राज्य सरकार के अधिकारी" शब्दों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा ।

New Delhi, the 23rd December, 2020
No. E-14011/1/2020-LPAI.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub section (2) of section 35 read with section (10) of the Land Ports Authority of India Act, 2010 (31 of 2010), the Land Ports Authority of India, with the prior approval of the Central Government, hereby makes the following regulations to amend the Land Ports Authority of India (Officers and Other Employees) Recruitment Regulations 2016, namely :-
1. (1) These regulations may be called the Land Ports Authority of India (Officers and Other Employees) Recruitment (Amendment) Regulations,2020.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Land Ports Authority of India (Officers and Other Employees) Recruitment Regulations,2016 (hereinafter referred to as the said Regulations) after clause 6 above the 'Table', the heading "Schedule" shall be inserted;
3. In the said regulations, in the schedule, in column (11), under sub-heading, 'Deputation',:-
(i) against serial number 6, relating to the post of Executive Engineer, for the words, "Officers of the Central Government", the words "Officers of the Central Government or State Government" shall be substituted;

(ii) against serial number 9, relating to the post of Assistant Engineer (Civil and Electrical), for the words, "Officers of the Central Government", the words "Officers of the Central Government or State Government" shall be substituted;

(iv) against serial number 11, relating to the post of Junior Engineer(Civil and Electrical), for the words, "Officers of the Central Government", the words "Officers of the Central Government or State Government" shall be substituted;
(v) against serial number 12, relating to the post of Assistant, for the words, "Officers of the Central Government", the words "Officers of the Central Government or State Government" shall be substituted;

(vii) against serial number 14, relating to the post of Senior Accountant, for the words, "Officers of the Central Government", the words "Officers of the Central Government or State Government" shall be substituted;
(viii) against serial number 15, relating to the post of Accountant, for the words, "Officers of the Central Government", the words "Officers of the Central Government or State Government" shall be substituted;
(ix) against serial number 16, relating to the post of Stenographer Grade D, for the words, "Officers of the Central Government", the words "Officers of the Central Government or State Government" shall be substituted;
(x) against serial number 17, relating to the post of Cashier, for the words, "Officers of the Central Government", the words "Officers of the Central Government or State Government" shall be substituted;
