नई दिल्ली, 20 जनवरी, 2021

का.आ. 330(अ).— यत केन्द्रीय सरकार को लोकोहित में यह आवश्यक प्रतीत होता है कि गुजरात राज्य में G#739, G#737, G#743 EPS 253 ( ) ओ.एन.जी.सी लिमिटेड द्वारा बिछाई जानी चाहिए। और केन्द्रीय सरकार को उस पाइपलाइन बिछाने के प्रयोजन के लिए यह आवश्यक प्रतीत होता है कि उस भूमी में, जिसके भीतर पाइप लाइन बिछाए जाने का प्रस्ताव है, और जो इस अधिसूचना से उपावद्व अनुसूची में वर्णित है, उपयोग के अधिकार का अर्जन किया जाए।

अतः अव, केन्द्रीय सरकार पेट्रोलियम और खनीज पाइपलाइन (भूमी में, उपयोग के अधिकार का अर्जन) अधिनियम, 1962 (1962 का 50) की धारा-3 उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदक्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हूए, उसमें उपयोग के अधिकार का अर्जन करने के अपने आषय की घोषणा करती हैा

कोई भी व्यक्ति जो उक्त अनुसुची में वर्णित भूमी में हितबद्ध है, उस तारीख से, जिसको उक्त अघिनियम की धारा - 3 की उपधारा (1) के अधीन भारत के राजपत्र में यथा प्रकाशित अधिसूचना की प्रतियाँ साधारण जनता को उपलब्ध करा दी जाती है, इक्कीस दिन के भीतर, भूमी के भीतर पाइपलाइन बिछाने के अधिकार के अर्जन के लिए सक्षम प्राधिकारी, आँयल एण्ड नेचुरल गैस कारपोरेशन लिमिटेड, ओ.एन.जी.सी परिसर, अंकलेश्वर परिसंपाि, अंकलेश्वर - 393 010 (गुजरात) को लिखित रूप से आक्षेप भेज सकेगा।

और ऐसा आक्षेप करने वाला हर व्यक्ति विनिर्दिष्टत यह भी कथन करेगा कि क्या वह चाहता है कि उसकी सुनवाई व्यक्तिगत रूप से हो या किसी विधि व्यवसायी द्वारा।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 20th January, 2021

S.O. 330(E).— WHEREAS it appears to the Central Government that it is necessary in the public interest that for the transport of petroleum from G#739, G#737, G#743 To EPS 253 (4'' Flow Line) in Gujarat State should be laid by the Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd.

AND WHEREAS it appears that for the purpose of laying such pipeline it is necessary to acquire that Right of User in the land described in the schedule annexed hereto:-

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of the Section-3 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in the Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby declares its intention to acquire the right of user therein.

PROVIDED THAT ANY person interested in the said land may within 21 days from the date of this notification, object to the laying of the pipeline under the land to the Competent Authority, Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd., ONGC CAMPUS, ANKLESHWAR ASSET, ANKLESHWAR – 390010 (GUJARAT).

AND every person making such objection shall also state specifically whether he wishes to be heard in person or by legal practitioner.
