का.आ. 4701(अ).—के न्द्रीय सरकार सार्वजनिक स्थल (अनाधिकृ त अधिभोगियों की बेदखली) अधिनियम, 1971 (1971 का 40) की धारा-3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा तत्कालीन ऊर्जा मंत्रालय( विद्युत विभाग) में भारत सरकार की अधिसूचना संख्यांक का.आ. 4017 तारीख 20 सितंबर, 1983 के अधिक्रमण में, जहां तक इसका संबंध क्रम सं. 1 (दी गई सारणी में) तथा पश्चिम बंगाल राज्य में दामोदर घाटी निगम के दुर्गापुर ताप विद्युत स्टेशन के संबंध में इसकी संबंधित प्रविष्टियों से है, नीचे दी गई सारणी के स्तम्भ (1) में उल्लिखित अधिकारी, जो कि भारत सरकार के राजपत्रित अधिकारी के रैंक के समतुल्य हैं, को उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनों के लिए संपदा अधिकारी के रूप में नियुक्त करती है, जो उक्त सारणी के स्तम्भ (2) में संबंधित प्रविष्टि में निर्दिष्ट सार्वजनिक परिसरों की श्रेणियों के संबंध में, अधिकारिता की स्थानीय सीमाओं के भीतर, उक्त अधिनियम द्वारा अथवा उसके अंतर्गत संपदा अधिकारी को दी गई शक्तियों का प्रयोग करेंगे तथा सौंपे गए उत्तरदायित्वों का निर्वहन करेंगे, अर्थात्:-

S.O. 4701(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1971 (40 of 1971) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Energy (Department of Power) number S.O. 4017, dated the 20th September, 1983, in so far as it relates to serial number 1 (in the Table therein) and the entries relating thereto in respect of the Durgapur Thermal Power Station of Damodar Valley Corporation in the State of West Bengal, the Central Government hereby appoints the officer mentioned in column (1) of the Table below, being equivalent to the rank of Gazetted officer in the Government of India, to be estate officer for the purposes of the said Act, who shall exercise the powers conferred and perform the duties imposed on estate officer by or under the said Act, within the local limits of jurisdiction in respect of the categories of public premises specified in the corresponding entry in column (2) of the said Table, namely:—

22 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] अधिसूचना नई दिल्ली, 18 दिसम्बर, 2020का.आ.4721(अ).—के न्द्रीय सरकार सार्वजनिक स्थल(अनाधिकृ त अधिभोगियों की बेदखली) अधिनियम, 1971 (1971 का 40) की धारा-3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, नीचे दी गई सारणी के स्तम्भ (1) में उल्लिखित अधिकारी, जो कि भारत सरकार के राजपत्रित अधिकारी के रैंक के समतुल्य हैं, को उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनों के लिए संपदा अधिकारी के रूप में नियुक्त करती है, जो उक्त सारणी के स्तम्भ (2) में विनिर्दिष्ट सार्वजनिक परिसरों की श्रेणियों के संबंध में, अधिकारिता की स्थानीय सीमाओं के भीतर, उक्त अधिनियम द्वारा अथवा उसके अंतर्गत संपदा अधिकारी को दी गई शक्तियों का प्रयोग करेंगे तथा सौंपे गए उत्तरदायित्वों का निर्वहन करेंगे, अर्थात्:-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 18th December, 2020
S.O. 4721(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1971 (40 of 1971), the Central Government hereby appoints the officers mentioned in column (1) of the Table below, being officer equivalent to the rank of Gazetted officer in the Government of India, to be estate officer for the purpose of the said Act, who shall exercise the powers conferred and perform the duties imposed on estate officer by or under the said Act, within the local limits of the jurisdiction in respect of the categories of public premises specified in column (2) of the said Table, namely:—
