.—विदेश व्यापार नीति, 2015-2020 के पैरा 1.02 और 2.01 के साथ पठित यथा संशोधित विदेश व्यापार (विकास और विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1992 (1992 की सं. 22) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार एतद्‌द्वारा निर्यात एवं आयात मदों के आईटीसी (एचएस) वर्गीकरण की अनुसूची 2 के अध्याय 7 की क्रम सं. 51 एवं 52 पर मद विवरण हेतु प्याज की निर्यात नीति में संशोधन करते हुए दिनांक 14.09.2020 की अधिसूचना संख्या 31/2015-20 में दिनांक से निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है :-

Subject : Amendment in Export Policy of Onions.

S.O. 4740(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992), as amended, read with Para 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-20, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in Notification No. 31/2015-20 dated 14.09.2020 amending the Export Policy of Onion for the item description at Serial Numbers 51 & 52 of Chapter 7 of Schedule 2 of ITC (HS) Classification of Export & Import Items, with effect from 01.01.2021.

2. Effect of this Notification:

The Export of all varieties of Onions, as described above, has been made "Free" with effect from 01.01.2021.

Accordingly, the Notification No. 39/2015-20 dated 09.10.2020 related to export of Bangalore Rose and Krishnapuram Onions also stands withdrawn with effect from 01.01.2021.
