— चूंकि भारत सरकार, कृषि अनुसंधान एवं शिक्षा विभाग के द्वारा प्रबंध परिषद् की
दिनांक 17.06.2019 को हुई दसवी बैठक में पारित प्रस्ताव के आलोक में ज्ञाप सं0 एफ0सं0 5-05/2019/सी0ए0यू दिनांक 09.12.2019 के द्वारा डॉ0 राजेन्द्र प्रसाद केन्द्रीय कृषि विश्वविद्यालय, पूसा द्वारा निर्गत गजट संख्या 81 दिनांक 15.09.2017 में प्रकाशित प्रथम अध्यादेश सेवा एवं नियुक्ति नियमावली (शिक्षक कर्मचारी), 2017 में सहायक प्राध्यापक, सिविल इंजीनियरिंग, मैकेनिकल इंजीनियरिंग, इलेक्ट्रिकल और इलेक्ट्रॉनिक इंजीनियरिंग पद के लिए अर्हता में निम्नरूपेण संशोधन करने के लिए अनुमति प्रदान किया गया है।

| सीधी भर्ती के लिए आवश्यक शैक्षणिक और अन्य योग्यताएं अनिवार्य ः | (क) पशु चिकित्सा विज्ञान के अलावा अन्य विषयो के लिए : (1) संबंधित विषय में 60 प्रतिशत अंक या उसके समकक्ष ग्रेड अंक से स्नातकोत्तर की उपाधि और आईसीएआर-एएसआरबी, य ूजीसी-सीएसआईआर द्वारा आयोजित राष्ट्रीय पात्रता परीक्षा प्रमाणपत्र। | (क) पशु चिकित्सा विज्ञान के अलावा अन्य विषयो के लिए : (1) संबंधित विषय मे ं 60 प्रतिशत अंक या उसके समकक्ष ग्रेड अंक से स्नातकोत्तर की उपाधि और आईसीएआर-एएसआरबी, यूजीसी-सीएसआईआर द्वारा आयोजित राष्ट्रीय पात्रता परीक्षा प्रमाणपत्र। |

| (ख) सिविल इ ंजीनियरिंग, मैकेनिकल इंजीनियरिंग, इलेक्ट्रिकल और इलेक्ट्रॉनिक इंजीनियरिंग के विषयों के लिएः 1 अनिवार्य इंजीनियरिंग (इंजीनियरिंग) और प्रौद्योगिकी (टेक) की उपयुक्त शाखा में प्रथम श्र्रेणी में मास्टर डिग्री । (ii) उपरोक्त पर प्रतिकुल प्रभाव डाले बिना, निम्नलिखित शर्तो को वांछनीय माना जा सकता है । एक प्रतिष्ठित संगठन में शिक्षण, अनुसंधान (iii) और/या पेशेवर अनुभव (iv) सम्मेलनों और/या संदर्भित पत्रिकाओं में प्रस्तुत शोध पत्र पूर्व में अनुमोदित सहायक प्राध्यापक के भर्ती नियमावली की अन्य शर्ते यथावत् रहेगी। |
अतः अब डॉ0 राजेन्द्र प्रसाद केन्द्रीय कृषि विश्वविद्यालय परिनियम की घारा 39 में प्रदत्त शक्तियाें तथा केन्द्र सरकार के पूर्व अनुमोदन से उनका उपयोग करते हुए म,ैं डॉ0 राजेन्द्र प्रसाद केन्द्रीय कृषि विश्वविद्यालय, पूसा का कुलपति, प्रथम अध्यादेश सेवा एवं नियुक्ति नियमावली (शिक्षक कर्मचारी), 2017 में उपरोक्त संशोधन को अधिसूचित करता हॅूं ।
आर. सी. श्रीवास्तव, कुलपति [विज्ञापन. III/4/असा./412/2020-21] नोटः किसी विवाद की स्थिति में अंग्रेजी संस्करण ही मान्य होगा ।

(Second amendment in Ordinance issued vide Notification No. 81 dated 15.9.2017)
No. 183/RPCAU, Pusa.—Whereas the Government of India in the Department of Agricultural Research and Education on the basis of resolution passed in the 10th meeting of the Board of Management of the University held on 17.06.2019 has approved 2nd amendment in the first Ordinance issued vide No. 81 dated 15.9.2017 (Service & Recruitment Rules (Teaching Employees), 2017) of the Dr. Rajendra Prasad Central Agricultural University, Pusa amending Recruitment Rules for the post of Assistant Professor related to qualification for the discipline of Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering vide F No 5-05/2019-CAU dated December 09, 2019 as under:

(ii) Without prejudice to the above, the following conditions may be considered desirable: (iii) Teaching, research, industrial and/or professional experience in a reputed organization. (iv) Papers presented at conferences and/or in refered journals. Other conditions of the Recruitment Rules of Assistant Professor as approved earlier will remain the same. |
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under clause 39 of the First Statutes of the Dr. Rajendra Prasad Central Agricultural University and with the previous approval of the Central Government as aforesaid, I, the Vice-Chancellor of the Dr. Rajendra Prasad Central Agricultural University, Pusa, do hereby notify the amendment in the First Ordinance (Service & Recruitment Rules (Teaching Employees), 2017) as above.
