VIII विदेश व्यापार नीति (2015-2020) के पैरा 1.03 और 2.04 के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, महानिदेशक विदेश व्यापार, एतद्द्वारा प्रक्रिया पुस्तक, (2015-2020) के पैरा सं. 2.54 (घ) (v) (ii) में संशोधन करते हैं और नामित समुद्री पत्तनों में रेडिएशन पोर्टल मौनिटरों और कंटेनर स्कैनरों को संस्थापित और संचालन करने की समयसीमा को 31.03.2021 तक बढ़ाते हैं।

Subject: Amendment of Para 2.54 of the Handbook of Procedures, 2015-2020.
F. No 01/89/180/53/AM-01/PC-2[B]/Vol.VIII/E-2382.—In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 1.03 and 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy (2015-2020), the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby amends Para No. 2.54 (d)(v)(ii) of the Handbook of Procedures (2015-2020) and extends the deadline to install and operationalise Radiation Portal Monitors and Container Scanners in the designated sea ports upto 31.03.2021.
2. Effect of this Notification: The period for installation and operationalisation of Radiation Portal Monitors and Container Scanner in the designated sea ports is extended upto 31.03.2021.
