का.आ.4779(अ).—कें द्रीय सरकार, कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि और प्रकीर्ण स्कीम, 1952 के पैरा 52 के उपपैरा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग 2, खण्ड 3, उप-खण्ड (ii), तारीख 23 अप्रैल, 2015 में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 1071(अ), तारीख 23 अप्रैल, 2015 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात् :-
उक्त अधिसूचना की सारणी के स्तंभ 2 में, निवेश पद्धति से संबंधित प्रवर्ग (ii) के सामने, ''ऋण लिखत और संबंधित निवेश'' खंड (च) के पश्चात् और पहले परंतुक से पूर्व, 11 दिसंबर, 2019 से निम्नलिखित खंड अंत:स्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्:--
''भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनियम बोर्ड द्वारा और भारत सरकार के साथ हुए करार के अनुसार नियुक्त किसी आस्ति प्रबंधन कं पनी द्वारा प्रबंधित ऋण विनिमय व्यापारित निधि (ईटीएफ) की यूनिटों से विनिदिष्ट रूप से के न्द्रीय पब्लिक सेक्टर उद्यमों, के न्द्रीय पब्लिक सेक्टर उपक्रमों, के न्द्रीय लोक वित्तीय संस्थाओं तथा अन्य सरकारी संगठनों के बंधपत्रों में निवेश करना अभिप्रेत था:''। 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] टिप्पण :- मूल अधिसूचना भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग 2, खंड 3, उपखंड (ii) में का.आ. संख्यांक 1071(अ), तारीख 23 अप्रैल, 2015 द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी और तत्पश्चात् उसमें का.आ.सं.3034(अ) तारीख 22 सितंबर, 2016 तथा का.आ. सं. 1685(अ) तारीख 20 अप्रैल, 2018 द्वारा संशोधन किए गए थे।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 30th December, 2020
S.O. 4779(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-paragraph (1) of paragraph 52 of the Employees' Provident Funds Scheme, 1952, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment number S.O.1071(E), dated the 23rd April, 2015, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3, sub-section(ii), dated the 23rd April, 2015, namely:—
In the said notification, in the Table, in column 2, against category (ii), relating to investment pattern "Debt Instruments and Related Investments", after clause (f) and before the first proviso, the following clause shall be inserted, with effect from 11th day of December, 2019, namely:-
"(g) Units of Debt Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) regulated by the Securities and Exchange Board of India and managed by an asset management company appointed as per an agreement with Government of India, specifically meant to invest in the bonds of the Central Public Sector Enterprises, Central Public Sector Undertakings, Central Public Financial Institutions and other Government organisations:".

Note : The principal notification was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3, sub-section (ii) vide number S.O. 1071(E), dated the 23rd April, 2015 and subsequently amended vide S.O. No. 3034(E), dated 22nd September, 2016 and S.O. No. 1685(E), dated 20th April, 2018.
