S.O. 4775(E).—In the notification of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India number S.O. 3659(E) dated 10th October, 2019 published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub- section (ii) under paragraph (3), in the Table, the serial number 14 and the entries relating thereto shall be substituted with immediate effect as under: -
