सा.का.नि. 806 (अ).—के न्द्रीय सरकार, कं पनी अधिनियम, 2013 (2013 का 18) की धारा 469 के साथ पठित धारा 173, धारा 177, धारा 178 और धारा 186 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, कं पनी (बोर्ड की बैठकें और इसकी शक्तियां) नियम, 2014 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात्:-
1. (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम कं पनी (बोर्ड की बैठकें और इसकी शक्तियां) चौथा संशोधन नियम, 2020 है। (2) ये नियम राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।
2. कं पनी (बोर्ड की बैठकें और इसकी शक्तियां) नियम, 2014 के , नियम 4 के , उप-नियम (2) में, "31 दिसम्बर, 2020" अंक, अक्षर और शब्द के स्थान पर "30 जून, 2021" अंक, अक्षर और शब्द रखे जाएंगे।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 30th December, 2020
G.S.R. 806 (E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 173, 177, 178 and section 186 read with section 469 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Companies (Meetings of Board and its Powers) Rules, 2014, namely:—
1. (1) These rules may be called the Companies (Meetings of Board and its Powers) Fourth Amendment Rules, 2020.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Companies (Meetings of Board and its Powers) Rules, 2014, in rule 4, in sub-rule (2), for the figures, letters and word "31st December, 2020", the figures, letters and word "30th June, 2021" shall be substituted.
