.—केन्द्र सरकार, लोकहित में पैट्रोलियम के आयात की आवश्यकता को ध्यान में
रख कर पैट्रोलियम नियमावली, 2002 के नियम 16(1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और पोत परिवहन मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार के दिनांक 7 जून, 2016 की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 2015 (ई) के क्रम में एतदद्वारा, गुजरात में मैसर्स अडानी हाजीरा पत्तन लिमिटेड को दिनांक 01.01.2021 से 30.10.2024 तक की अवधि के लिए समुद्र के रास्ते भारत में पैट्रोलियम का आयात करने हेतु अधिसूचित करती है।

S.O. 4776(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 16(1) of the Petroleum Rules, 2002, and in continuation of the notification of Government of India, Ministry of Shipping No. S.O. 2015 (E) dated 7th June, 2016, the Central Government, in consideration of the necessity to import petroleum in public interest, hereby notifies M/s. Adani Hazira Port Ltd., in Gujarat for importing petroleum into India by Sea for the period from 01.01.2021 to 30.10.2024.
