का.आ. 8(अ).—इस मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना का.आ. सं. 72(अ) तारीख 03 जनवरी, 2020, का.आ. 1393(अ) तारीख 29 अप्रैल, 2020, का.आ. 2377(अ) तारीख 17 जुलाई, 2020, का.आ. 2796(अ) तारीख 18 अगस्त, 2020, का.आ. 3266(अ) तारीख 24 सितंबर, 2020, का.आ. 3717(अ) तारीख 21 अक्तू बर, 2020, का.आ. 4039(अ) तारीख 10 नवंबर, 2020 के क्रम में तथा रिट याचिका (सिविल) सं. 2020 की 1268 में माननीय भारत के उच्चतम न्यायालय द्वारा पारित तारीख 09.12.2020 के आदेश के अनुसरण में, श्री बेथाला शांता विजय प्रकाश कु मार, सदस्य (न्यायिक), के कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष, एनसीएलटी के रूप में कार्यकाल को तारीख 05.12.2020 से एनसीएलटी के नियमित अध्यक्ष की नियुक्ति तक अथवा उस तारीख तक जिसको इनका कार्यकाल सदस्य (न्यायिक), एनसीएलटी के रूप में पूरा होगा अर्थात् 31.05.2021 (5 वर्ष के कार्यकाल के पूरा होने) तक, अथवा अगले अदेशों तक, जो भी पहले हो, और आगे बढ़ाया जाता है।[फा.सं. ए-45011/49/2019-प्रशा-IV] ज्ञानेश्वर कु मार सिंह, संयुक्त सचिव 10 GI/2021 (1) 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 1st January, 2021

S.O. 8(E).—In continuation of this Ministry's notifications S.O. No.72(E) dated 03rd January, 2020, S.O. 1393(E) dated 29th April, 2020, S.O. 2377(E) dated 17th July, 2020, S.O. 2796(E) dated 18th August, 2020, S.O. 3266(E) dated 24th September, 2020, S.O. 3717(E) dated 21st October, 2020 and S.O. 4039(E) dated 10th November, 2020 and in pursuance of order dated 09.12.2020 passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Writ Petition (Civil) No. 1268 of 2020, the term of office of Shri Bethala Shantha Vijaya Prakash Kumar, Member (Judicial), as Acting President, NCLT is further extended from 05.12.2020 to till the appointment of regular President of NCLT, or until the date on which he shall complete his tenure as Member (Judicial), NCLT i.e. 31.05.2021 (completion of 5 years' tenure), or until further orders, whichever is earliest.
