का.आ. 94(अ).— वैश्विक महामारी संबंधी व्यापक चुनौतियों के कारण, सांख्यिकी संग्रहण नियमावली 2011 के नियम के 5 और 7 के साथ पठित, समय-समय पर यथा-संशोधित, सांख्यिकी संग्रहण अधिनियम, 2008(2009 का 7) के खंड 3 और 4 के अधीन, भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उपखंड (ii) में प्रकाशित दिनांक 18 जुलाई 2019, 24 दिसम्बर, 2019 और 03 अप्रैल 2020 तथा 1 अक्तू बर 2020 के समसंख्यक अनुवर्ती संशोधनों और दिनांक 12 जून 2019 की अधिसूचना संख्या पी-11012/5/2019-ईएसडी (अधिसूचना) में आंशिक संशोधन के परिणामस्वरूप ऐसी अवधि जिसके दौरान 7वीं आथिक गणना हेतु सांख्यिकी संग्रहण का कार्य पूरा कर लिया जाना है, को एतद्दवारा 31 मार्च 2021 तक आगे के तीन और महीनों के लिए बढ़ाया जाता है।
2. इसके अतिरिक्त, दिनांक 01.10. 20 के अधिसूचना की अनुसूची II में 7वीं आथिक गणना के लिए घोषित किए गए सांख्यिकी अधिकारियों की सूची निम्नानुसार संशोधित की गई है:

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 7th January, 2021
S.O. 94(E).—On account of prevailing pandemic related challenges, in partial modification of the notification No. P-11012/5/2019-ESD (Notification) dated 12th June, 2019 and the subsequent amendments of even number dated 18th July 2019, 24th December 2019, 3rd April 2020 and 1st October, 2020 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part–II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) under sections 3 and 4 of the of the Collection of Statistics Act, 2008 (7 of 2009), as amended from time to time, read with rules 5 and 7 of the Collection of Statistics Rules, 2011, the period during which collection of statistics for 7th Economic Census may be completed is hereby extended by another 3 months till 31st March 2021.
2. Further, the list of Statistics Officers declared for the 7th Economic Census in Schedule II of the notification dated 01.10.20 is revised to the following extent:
