का.आ. 103(अ).—कें द्रीय सरकार, दंड प्रक्रिया संहिता 1973 (1974 का 2) की धारा 24 की उप-धारा (8) के साथ पठित राष्ट्रीय अन्वेषण अभिकरण अधिनियम, 2008 (2008 का 34) की धारा 15 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, बिहार सरकार में कानून द्वारा स्थापित विचारण न्यायालय, अपीलीय न्यायालय अथवा पुनरीक्षण सम्बन्धी न्यायालय के समक्ष राष्ट्रीय अन्वेषण अभिकरण की ओर से मामलों के संचालन के लिए श्री मनोज कु मार सिंह, विशेष लोक अभियोजक की नियुक्ति की मियाद को तारीख 31 अगस्त, 2020 से एतद्द्वारा तीन वर्षों की अतिरिक्त अवधि के लिए बढ़ाती है।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 8th January, 2021
S.O. 103(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 15 of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 (34 of 2008), read with sub-section (8) of section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), the Central Government hereby extends the term of engagement of Shri Manoj Kumar Singh, Special Public Prosecutor for a further period of three years, for conducting the cases on behalf of the National Investigation Agency before any trial court or appellate court or revisional court established by law in the territory of the State of Bihar with effect from 31st August, 2020.
