का.आ. 181(अ).—के न्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खंड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, नीचे दी गयी अनुसूची में यथा-विनिदिष्ट शाहा - शाहाबाद मार्ग संख्या 444-A के किमी 14.840 किमी से 32.600 तक के भूखण्ड के संबंध में उक्त राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के निर्माण (चौड़ा करने / चार लेन का बनाने, आदि), अनुरक्षण, प्रबंध और प्रचालन हेतु उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन सक्षम प्राधिकारी (जिला राजस्व अधिकारी, कु रूक्षेत्र) कृ त्यों का पालन करने के लिए इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन कि तारीख से सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में प्राधिकृ त करती है ।249 GI/2021 (1) 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] अनुसूची हरियाणा राज्य में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या 444-A शाहा - शाहाबाद मार्ग के निर्माण हेतु किमी 14.840

New Delhi, the 14th January, 2021

S.O. 181(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers (District Revenue Officer, Kurukshetra) mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule annexed here to as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land from Km. 14.840 to Km. 32.600 of the NH444-A for building (widening / four-laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation in the State of Haryana.
