का.आ. 189(अ).—के न्द्रीय सरकार, औषधि और प्रसाधन सामग्री नियम, 1945 के नियम 8 के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एतद्दावारा डॉ. जे. पी. प्रसाद, उप-निदेशक (गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण), राष्ट्रीय जैविक संस्थान, नोएडा को अगले आदेश तक निदेशक, राष्ट्रीय जैविक संस्थान, नोएडा की ओर से प्रमाणपत्रों पर हस्ताक्षर करने के लिए अधिकृ त करती है ।

Prasad, Deputy Director(Quality Control), National Institute of Biologicals, NOIDA to sign the Certificates on behalf of Director, National Institute of Biologicals, NOIDA till further order.
