का.आ. 190(अ).—सार्वजनिक परिसर (अनाधिकृ त दखलकारों की बेदखली) अधिनियम, 1971 (1971 का 48) के खंड 3 के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए कें द्र सरकार एतद् द्वारा भारत सरकार, वस्त्र मंत्रालय की दिनांक 29 जनवरी, 1983 की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 644(अ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, नामत:-

New Delhi, the 13th January, 2021
S.O. 190(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1971 (48 of 1971), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Textiles No. S.O. 644(E) dated 29th January, 1983, namely:-
In the said notification, for the Table the following Table shall be substituted, namely:-
