का.आ. 205(अ).—के न्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खण्ड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए अतिरिक्त जिला कलक्टर (प्रथम), जयपुर, को राजस्थान राज्य में नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट जयपुर रिंग रोड (दक्षिणी कोरिडोर) (रा.रा.-148 सी) के आगरा रोड़ जंक्शन पर इण्टरचेन्ज (क्लोवरलीफ) (रा.रा.-21 के कि.मी. 222.400 से कि.मी.223.000 तक) के भूखण्ड पर निर्माण कार्य (चौड़ा करने / छह लेन का बनाने, आदि), अनुरक्षण, प्रबंध और प्रचालन के लिए उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन ऐसे सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कृ त्यों का पालन करने के लिए इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में प्राधिकृ त करती है।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 15th January, 2021
S.O. 205(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the Additional District Collector (I), Jaipur mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule annexed here to as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land for construction of interchange (Cloverleaf) at Agra Road Junction (from Km. 222.400 to Km. 223.000 of NH-21) on Jaipur Ring Road (Southern Corridor) (NH-148C)for building (widening / six-laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation in the State of Rajasthan as specified in the Schedule given below:
