फा. सं. स्टैंडड्र्स/एसपी-08/ए-1.2019/एन-01.—खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक (पैके जिग) विनियम, 2018 में और आगे संशोधन, जो भारतीय खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक प्राधिकरण, कें द्र सरकार के पूर्वानुमोदन से, खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक अधिनियम, 2006 (2006 का संख्यांक 34) की धारा 23 के साथ पठित धारा 92 की उप-धारा (2) के खंड (ट) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए करना चाहती है, करने के लिए इन विनियमों का मसौदा इससे प्रभावित हो सकने वाले सभी व्यक्तियों की सूचना के लिए उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 92 की उप-धारा (1) की अपेक्षा के अनुसार एतद् द्वारा प्रकाशित करती है और एतद् द्वारा नोटिस दिया जाता है कि उक्त प्रारूप विनियमों पर उस तिथि से साठ दिनों की अवधि समाप्त होने के बाद विचार किया जाएगा, जिस तिथि को इस अधिसूचना को प्रकाशित करने वाले राजपत्र की प्रतियाँ जनता को उपलब्ध कराई जाएँगी।
यदि कोई आपत्त्ाि या सुझाव हो तो उसे मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी, भारतीय खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक प्राधिकरण, एफडीए भवन, कोटला रोड, नई दिल्ली-110002 को अथवा [email protected] पर ई-मेल से भेजा जा सकता है।
उक्त मसौदा विनियमों के संबंध में किसी व्यक्ति से इस प्रकार निर्धारित तिथि तक प्राप्त आपत्तियों और सुझावों पर भारतीय खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक प्राधिकरण द्वारा विचार किया जाएगा।

प्रारूप विनियम
1. (1) इन विनियमों को खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक (पैके जिग) प्रथम संशोधन विनियम, 2021 कहा जा सकता है। (2) ये राजपत्र में अंतिम प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रवृत्तग होंगे तथा खाद्य कारोबार चालक को इनके अंतिम प्रकाशन की तारीख से न्यूनतम 180 दिनों के पश्चात 1 जनवरी या 1 जुलाई से, विनियमों के सभी उपबंधों का अनुपालन करना होगा।
2. खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक (पैके जिग) विनियम, 2018 में (जिन्हें इसके पश्चात उक्त विनियम कहा जाएगा),- (1) विनियम 4 के उप-विनियम (4) के खंड (क) में, दूसरे परंतुक के पश्चात निम्नलिखित परंतुक अंत:स्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्,-
"परंतु कि पैक किए जाने वाले पानी के साथ संगत अन्य खाद्य ग्रेड पैके जिग सामग्री का भी उपयोग किया जाए। ऐसे मामलों में पारदर्शी बोतल की आवश्यकताएं लागू नहीं होंगी। "

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 18th January, 2021.
F. No. Std/SP-08/A-1.2019/N-01.—The following draft of certain regulations further to amend the Food Safety and Standards (Packaging) Regulations, 2018, which the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India proposes to make with previous approval of the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (k) of sub- section (2) of section 92 read with section 23 of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 (34 of 2006) is hereby published as required under sub-section (1) of section 92 of the said Act for the information of all persons likely to be affected thereby, and notice is hereby given that the said draft regulations shall be taken into consideration after the expiry of the period of sixty days from the date on which the copies of the Gazette containing this notification are made available to the public;
Objections or suggestions, if any, may be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Food Safety and Standards Authority of India, Food and Drug Administration Bhawan, Kotla Road, New Delhi-110002 or send on email [email protected].
Objections or suggestions, received from any person with respect to the said draft regulations before the expiry of the period so specified, shall be considered by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India.
Draft Regulations
1. (1) These regulations may be called the Food Safety and Standards (Packaging) First Amendment Regulations, 2021.
(2) They shall come into force with effective date for implementation to be either 1st January or 1st July subject to a minimum of 180 days from the date of their final publication in the official Gazette.
2. In the Food Safety and Standards (Packaging) Regulations, 2018 (herein after refer as said regulations), - [भाग III—खण्ड 4] भारत का राजपत्र : असाधारण 3 (1) In sub-regulation (4) of regulation 4, in clause (a), after second proviso, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely:-
"Provided further that other food grade packaging materials compatible with the water to be packaged may also be used. In such cases requirements of transparent bottle would not apply."
