का.आ. 235(अ).—के न्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खंड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इस अधिसूचना के शासकीय राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से, उड़ीसा राज्य के "राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या 516 के नए मार्गरेखा पर गोपालपुर की पोर्ट कनेक्टिविटी के लिए बाईपास का निर्माण" हेतु उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (4), (5), (6) और (7) में क्रमशः उल्लिखित राज्य, जिलों, तालुकों और गावों से सम्बन्धित उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (3) की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट भूमि के सम्बन्ध में अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (2) में उल्लिखित अधिकारि को उक्त अधिनियम के अन्तर्गत सक्षम अधिकारि के कृ त्यों का निष्पादन करने के लिए एतद्द्वारा सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में प्राधिकृ त करती है 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] अनुसूची उड़ीसा राज्य में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या-516 के नए मार्गरेखा पर भूमि का अधिग्रहण क्रमिक सक्षम

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 18th January, 2021
S.O. 235(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officer mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule annexed here to as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Schedule relating to state, districts, taluk and villages mentioned in column (4), (5), (6) and (7) respectively of the said Schedule for "Construction of Bypass to National Highway No. 516 for port connectivity to Gopalpur in new alignment" in the State of ODISHA.
