का.आ. 232(अ).— के न्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम 1956 (1956 का 48) (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है) की धारा 3 के खण्ड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में यथा-विनिर्दिष्ट भूमि के खंड के संबंध में बिहार राज्य के राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या-81 के कि०मी० 0.000 से कि०मी० 4.600 तक (कटिहार बाईपास ) के निर्माण (चौड़ीकरण एवं मजबूतीकरण), अनुरक्षण प्रबंध और प्रचालन के लिए उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (4), (5), (6) और (7) में क्रमशः उल्लिखित राज्य, जिलों, तालुकों और गांवो से सम्बन्धित उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (3) की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट भू-खंड के संबंध में इस अधिसूचना के शासकीय राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से उक्त अधिनियम के अन्तर्गत उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (2) में उल्लिखित अधिकारियों को उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कृ त्यों का पालन करने के लिए सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में प्राधिकृ त करती है। 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] अनुसूची बिहार राज्य के राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या-81 (नया राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या-131ए ) के कटिहार बाईपास कि०मी० 0.000 से 4.600 कि०मी० तक के लिए अर्जन की जाने वाली संरचना रहित अथवा संरचना सहित गाँवों का संक्षिप्त विवरण । क्रमिक सक्षम प्राधिकारी भूमि का

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 18th January, 2021
S.O. 232(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule annexed here to as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Schedule relating to state, districts, taluk and villages mentioned in column (4), (5), (6) and (7) respectively of the said Schedule for Construction of Road (widening / 2-laning / 4- laning / ROB etc.) maintenance management and operation from km. 0.000 to 4.600 Km (Katihar Bypass section) of the National Highway No. 81 in the State of Bihar.
