.—महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम, 1963 (1963 का 38) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (6) के साथ पठित
उपधारा (1) के खंड (ग) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा भारत सरकार, पोत परिवहन मंत्रालय की दिनांक 5 मई, 2020 की अधिसूचना सा.का.नि. 323(अ) के आंशिक संशोधन में केन्द्र सरकार, एतद्द्वारा श्री सुनील कुमार सिंह, सलाहकार (सांख्यिकी), पत्तन, पोत परिवहन और जलमार्ग मंत्रालय को श्री एच. एन. अस्वथ, विकास सलाहकार (पत्तन), पत्तन, पोत परिवहन और जलमार्ग मंत्रालय के स्थान पर दिनांक 31.03.2022 तक की अवधि के लिए कोचीन पत्तन न्यास के न्यासी बोर्ड में न्यासी के रूप में नियुक्त करती है।

G.S.R. 26(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (1) read with sub-section (6) of Section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), and in partial modification of the Notification G.S.R. 323(E) dated the 5th May, 2020 of the Government of India, Ministry of Shipping, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Sunil Kumar Singh, Adviser(Statistics), Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways to be trustees on the Board of Trustees of the Cochin Port Trust for the period up to 31.03.2022 in place of Shri H. N. Aswath, Development Adviser (Ports), Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways.

Aswath, Development Adviser (Ports), Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways to be trustees on the Board of Trustees of the New Mangalore Port Trust for the period up to 31.03.2021 in place of Shri Rajat Sachar, the then Senior Economic Adviser, Ministry of Shipping.
