का.आ. 273(अ).—कें द्रीय दीपस्तंभ सलाहकार समिति (प्रक्रियात्मक ) नियमावली 1976 के नियम 3 , 4 और 11 के साथ पठित दीपस्तंभ अधिनियम, 1927 ( 1927 का सं. 17) की धारा 4 की उप – धारा (1) के अनुसरण में, इस मंत्रालय के दिनाक 28.11.2019 की अधिसूचना की निरंतरता मे कें द्र सरकार एतद् द्वारा कें द्रीय दीपस्तंभ सलाहकार समिति में निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापना करती है, जो दिनांक 09.11.2020 से प्रभावी है:

S.O. 273(E).—In pursuance of Sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Lighthouse Act, 1927 (No.17 of 1927) read with Rules 3,4 and 11 of the Central Advisory Committee for Lighthouses (Procedural) Rules, 1976, and in continuation of Gazette Notification dated 28.11.2019, the Central Government hereby makes the following substitution in the Central Advisory Committee for Lighthouses with effect from 09.11.2020.

Dr. (Smt.) Bharatiben Dhirubhai Shiyal, Member of Parliament (Lok Sabha) in place of Smt. Kirron Kher, Member of Parliament (Lok Sabha) as member of Central Advisory Committee for Lighthouses.
