का.आ. 307(अ).—पेट्रोलियम और खनिज पाइपलाइन (भूमि में प्रयोक्ता के अधिकार का अर्जन) अधिनियम, 1962 (1962 का 50) (इसमें इसके बाद उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है) की धारा 2 के खंड (क) के अनुसरण में भारत सरकार एतदद्वारा, गुजरात राज्य में मैसर्स रिलायंस ईथेन पाइपलाइन लिमिटेड की दहेज . नागोथाने ईथेन पाइपलाइन के लिए पेट्रोलियम और खनिज पाइपलाइन (भूमि में प्रयोक्ता के अधिकार का अर्जन) अधिनियम, 1962 के तहत श्री एच. आर. कालैय्या, (जी.ए.एस.) को प्रतिनियुक्ति के आधार पर, सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कार्यो का निर्वहन करने के लिये प्राधिकृ त करती है I
2. गुजरात राज्य में मैसर्स रिलायंस गैस पाइपलाइन्स लिमिटेड के लिए दिनांक 09.09.2014 को भारत के असाधारण राजपत्र में प्रकाशित दिनांक 08.09.2014 की अधिसूचना संख्या सां.आ. 2291(अ) द्वारा पूर्व में अधिसूचित सक्षम प्राधिकारी, श्री एच.आर. कालैय्या, (जी.ए.एस.) को निरस्त किया जाता है l

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 15th January, 2021
S.O. 307(E).—In pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter called the said Act), the Government of India hereby authorizes Shri H.R. Kelaiya, G.A.S. to perform the functions of Competent Authority on deputation basis under the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 for Dahej – Nagothane Ethane Pipeline of M/s. Reliance Ethane Pipeline Limited in the State of Gujarat.
2. Earlier notified Competent Authority for M/s. Reliance Gas Pipelines Limited in the State of Gujarat, Shri H.R. Kalaiya, GAS vide S.O. 2291(E) dated 08.09.2014 published in the Extraordinary Gazette of India dated 09.09.2014 stands de-notified.
3. This notification will be effective from the date of its issue.
