फा.सं. 21-4/2008-खेल V.—जबकि, राष्ट्रीय डोप-रोधी एजेंसी के डोप-रोधी नियम, 2015 को अधिसूचना एफ.सं. 21-4/2008-आईडी, दिनांक 29 मई, 2015 द्वारा अधिसूचित किया गया था ।

2. जबकि, वि(cid:7393) डोप रोधी संहिता, 2021 दिनांक 01.01.2021 से लागू होने के कारण डोप-रोधी नियम, 2015 उक्त संहिता के प्रावधानों के पूर्णत: अनुरूप नह(cid:7277) है ।

3. उपरोक्त के मद्देनजर अधिसूचना एफ.सं. 21-4/2008-आईडी, दिनांक 29 मई, 2015 को निष्प्रभावी किया जाता है और यह दिनांक 01.01.2021 से प्रभावी होगा ।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 21st January, 2021

F.No. 21-4/2008-SP.V.—Whereas, the Anti-Doping Rules, 2015, of the National Anti-Doping Agency, were notified vide Notification F.No. 21-4/2008-ID, dated 29th May, 2015.

2. Whereas, consequent on coming into force of the World Anti Doping Code, 2021, with effect from 01.01.2021, the Anti-Doping Rules, 2015, are not entirely consonant with the provisions of the said Code. 3. In view of above, the Notification F.No. 21-4/2008-ID, dated 29th May, 2015, is hereby annulled and will be deemed to have ceased to be in operation w.e.f. 01.01.2021.
