सा.का.नि. 41(अ).—के न्द्रीय सरकार, सिक्का निर्माण अधिनियम, 2011 (2011 का 11) की धारा 24 की उपधारा (2) के खंड (घ) और खंड (ड.) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात् :-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.- (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम सिक्का निर्माण ("श्रीमत स्वामी प्रणवानंदजी महाराज की 125 वीं जयंती " के अवसर पर स्मरणोत्सव मनाने के लिए सिक्का जारी करना) नियम, 2021 है। (2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।
2. सिक्कों का मूल्यवर्ग.- "श्रीमत स्वामी प्रणवानंदजी महाराज की 125 वीं जयंती" के अवसर पर स्मरणोत्सव मनाने के लिए कें द्रीय सरकार के प्राधिकार के अधीन जारी करने के लिए टकसाल में एक सौ रूपये, पचास रूपये और दस रूपये मूल्यवर्ग के सिक्कों का निर्माण किया जायेगा।
3. सिक्कों का आकार और संरचना.- नियम 2 में उल्लिखित मूल्यवर्ग के सिक्के निम्नलिखित आकार और संरचना के अनुरूप होंगे, अर्थात् :-

4. डिजाइन.– सिक्कों का डिजाइन इन नियमों की पहली अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट किए अनुसार होगा। 5. मानक भार तथा अनुज्ञात उपचार.- "श्रीमत स्वामी प्रणवानंदजी महाराज की 125 वीं जयंती" के अवसर पर स्मरणोत्सव मनाने के लिए उपयु र्क्त अंकित मूल्य के बनाए गए सिक्के का मानक भार और ऐसे सिक्कों को बनाने में अनुज्ञात उपचार वह होगा जो इन नियमों की दूसरी अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट है।
पहली अनुसूची
(नियम 4 देखें)
(i) एक सौ रूपये
अग्र भाग: सिक्के के मुख भाग पर मध्य में अशोक स्तम्भ का सिंह शीर्ष होगा, जिसके नीचे "सत्यमेव जयते" उत्कीर्णित होगा, उसकी बाईं परिधि पर देवनागरी लिपि में "भारत" शब्द और दाईं परिधि पर अंग्रेजी में "INDIA" शब्द होगा। सिंह शीर्ष के नीचे रुपये का प्रतीक "" और अंतर्राष्ट्रीय अंकों में अंकित मूल्य "100" भी होगा ।
पृष्ठ भाग: सिक्के के इस भाग पर मध्य में "श्रीमत स्वामी प्रणवानंदजी महाराज" का प्रतिबिंब होगा। सिक्के के ऊपरी परिधि पर देवनागरी लिपि में "श्रीमत स्वामी प्रणवानंदजी महाराज की 125 वीं जयंती" और निचली परिधि पर अंग्रेजी में "125TH BIRTH ANNIVERSARY OF SRIMAT SWAMI PRANAVANANDAJI {{^{{FOOTNOTE 3 }}}} [भाग II—खण्ड 3(i)] भारत का राजपत्र : असाधारण
MAHARAJ" उत्कीर्णित होगा। श्रीमत स्वामी प्रणवानंदजी महाराज के चित्र के नीचे अंतर्राष्ट्रीय अंको में वर्ष "2021" अंकित होगा ।
(ii) पचास रूपये
अग्र भाग: सिक्के के मुख भाग पर मध्य में अशोक स्तम्भ का सिंह शीर्ष होगा, जिसके नीचे "सत्यमेव जयते" उत्कीर्णित होगा, उसकी बाईं परिधि पर देवनागरी लिपि में "भारत" शब्द और दाईं परिधि पर अंग्रेजी में "INDIA" शब्द होगा। सिंह शीर्ष के नीचे रुपये का प्रतीक "" और अंतर्राष्ट्रीय अंकों में अंकित मूल्य "50" भी होगा ।
पृष्ठ भाग: सिक्के के इस भाग पर मध्य में "श्रीमत स्वामी प्रणवानंदजी महाराज" का चित्र होगा। सिक्के के ऊपरी परिधि पर देवनागरी लिपि में "श्रीमत स्वामी प्रणवानंदजी महाराज की 125 वीं जयंती" और निचली परिधि पर अंग्रेजी में "125TH BIRTH ANNIVERSARY OF SRIMAT SWAMI PRANAVANANDAJI MAHARAJ" उत्कीर्णित होगा। श्रीमत स्वामी प्रणवानंदजी महाराज के चित्र के नीचे अंतर्राष्ट्रीय अंको में वर्ष "2021" अंकित होगा । (iii) दस रूपये

पृष्ठ भाग: सिक्के के इस भाग पर मध्य में "श्रीमत स्वामी प्रणवानंदजी महाराज" का चित्र होगा। सिक्के के ऊपरी परिधि पर देवनागरी लिपि में "श्रीमत स्वामी प्रणवानंदजी महाराज की 125 वीं जयंती" और निचली परिधि पर अंग्रेजी में "125TH BIRTH ANNIVERSARY OF SRIMAT SWAMI PRANAVANANDAJI MAHARAJ" उत्कीर्णित होगा। श्रीमत स्वामी प्रणवानंदजी महाराज के चित्र के नीचे अंतर्राष्ट्रीय अंको में वर्ष "2021" अंकित होगा ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 22nd January, 2021
G.S.R. 41(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (d) and (e) of sub-section (2) of section 24 of the Coinage Act, 2011(11 of 2011), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely: -
1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Coinage (Issue of Commemorative Coins to commemorate on the occasion of 125TH BIRTH ANNIVERSARY OF SRIMAT SWAMI PRANAVANANDAJI MAHARAJ) Rules, 2021.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Denomination of coins.- The coins of One Hundred Rupees, Fifty Rupees and Ten Rupees denominations shall only be coined at the Mint for issue under the authority of the Central Government to commemorate on the occasion of "125TH BIRTH ANNIVERSARY OF SRIMAT SWAMI PRANAVANANDAJI MAHARAJ".
3. Dimension and composition of coins. - The coins of the above denominations mentioned in rule 2 shall conform to the following dimensions and composition, namely: - 5 [भाग II—खण्ड 3(i)] भारत का राजपत्र : असाधारण

1. Design.- The design of the coins shall be as specified in the First Schedule to these rules.
2. Standard weight and remedy allowed.- The standard weight of the coins of above denomination coined to commemorate the occasion of 125TH BIRTH ANNIVERSARY OF SRIMAT SWAMI PRANAVANANDAJI MAHARAJ and the remedy allowed in making of such coins shall be as specified in the Second Schedule to these rules.
The First Schedule

(i) ONE HUNDRED RUPEES
OBVERSE: This face of the coin shall bear the Lion Capitol of Ashoka Pillar in the centre with the legend "सत्यमेव जयते" inscribed below, flanked on the left periphery with the word "भारत" in Devnagri script and on the right periphery with the word "INDIA" in English. It shall also bear the Rupee symbol "₹" and denominational value "100" in the International Numerals below the Lion Capitol.
REVERSE: This face of coin shall bear the portrait of SRIMAT SWAMI PRANAVANANDAJI MAHARAJ. The inscription "श्रीमत स्वामी प्रणवानंदजी महाराज की 125 वीं जयंती" is depicted on the upper periphery of the coin. On the lower periphery of the coin the inscription "125TH BIRTH ANNIVERSARY OF SRIMAT SWAMI PRANAVANANDAJI MAHARAJ" in English is depicted.
The year "2021" in International Numeral shall be written below the image of SRIMAT SWAMI PRANAVANANDAJI MAHARAJ.
(ii) FIFTY RUPEES
OBVERSE: This face of the coin shall bear the Lion Capitol of Ashoka Pillar in the centre with the legend "सत्यमेव जयते" inscribed below, flanked on the left periphery with the word "भारत" in Devnagri script and on the right periphery with the word "INDIA" in English. It shall also bear the Rupee symbol "₹" and denominational value "50" in the International Numerals below the Lion Capitol.
REVERSE: This face of coin shall bear the portrait of SRIMAT SWAMI PRANAVANANDAJI MAHARAJ. The inscription "श्रीमत स्वामी प्रणवानंदजी महाराज की 125 वीं जयंती" is depicted on the upper periphery of the coin.
