का.आ. 368(अ).—के न्द्रीय सरकार, भूमि अर्जन, पुनर्वासन और पुनव्र्यवस्थापन में उचित प्रतिकर और पारदर्शिता अधिकार अधिनियम, 2013 (2013 का 30) की धारा 3 के खंड (ड.) के उपखंड (v) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए यह अधिसूचित करती है कि रक्षा मंत्रालय, राष्ट्रपति के नियंत्रण के अध्यधीन और अगले आदेशों तक सेना गैरीसन और अवस्थित विभिन्न सेना की टुकड़ियों को स्थापित करने के लिए अरुणाचल प्रदेश, जिला पश्चिमी सियांग, योरनी-II स्थित भूमि, जिसका ब्यौरा निम्नानुसार है, के अर्जन के लिए उक्त अधिनियम और उसके अधीन बनाए गए नियमों के अंतर्गत ''समुचित सरकार'' की शक्तियों का प्रयोग और इसके कृ त्यों का निर्वहन करेगा :

New Delhi, the 27th January, 2021

S.O. 368(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (v) of clause(e) of section 3 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (30 of 2013), the Central Government hereby notifies that the Ministry of Defence shall, subject to the control of the President and until further orders, exercise the powers and discharge the functions of the "appropriate Government" under the said Act and the rules made thereunder, for acquisition of land at Yorni-II, District West Siang, Arunachal Pradesh for establishing military garrison and locating various army detachments, as per details below :
