का.आ. 372(अ).—खादी और ग्रामोद्योग आयोग नियम, 2006 के नियम 3 और 4 के साथ पठित खादी और ग्रामोद्योग आयोग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 61) की धारा 4 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, कें द्र सरकार एतद्दद्वारा सरकारी राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से खादी और ग्रामोद्योग आयोग के सदस्यों के रूप में निम्नलिखित व्यक्तियों को नियुक्त करती है और उस प्रयोजनार्थ सूक्ष्म, लघु और मध्मय उद्यम मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की दिनांक 05 सितम्बर, 2019 की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 3216 (अ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है नामतः- 1. उक्त अधिसूचना में अंतिम रूप से निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या तथा प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी, नामतः- I. New Delhi, the 27th January, 2021
S.O. 372(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Khadi and Village Industries Commission Act, 1956 (61 of 1956) read with rules 3 and 4 of the Khadi and Village Industries Commission Rules, 2006, the Central Government hereby appoints the following persons as the Members of the Khadi and Village Industries Commission, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette and for that purpose makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, number S.O. 3216 (E), dated the 05th September, 2019 namely:-
1. In the said notification, the following serial number and entries shall be inserted at the end, namely: -
