का.आ. 2547(अ).—के न्द्रीय सरकार, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अधिनियम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की धारा 16 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो के साथ परामर्श करने के पश्चात यह राय है कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है, इथाइलीन ग्लाइकोल (गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण) आदेश, 2020 में आगे संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित आदेश करती है, अर्थात्:-
1. (1) संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ - (1) इस आदेश का संक्षिप्त नाम इथाइलीन ग्लाइकोल (गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण) संशोधन आदेश, 2021 है।
(2) यह राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होगा।
2. इथाइलीन ग्लाइकोल (गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण) आदेश, 2020 के पैरा 1 में, उप-पैरा (2) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित उप- पैरा रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्:-
"(2) यह आदेश शासकीय राजपत्र में इसके प्रकाशन की तारीख से एक सौ अस्सी दिनों की समाप्ति पर प्रवृत्त होगा"।

S.O. 2547(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016) , the Central Government, after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards, is of the opinion that it is necessary so to do in the public interest, hereby makes the following Order to amend the Ethylene Glycol (Quality Control) Order, 2020, namely:-
1. (1) Short title and commencement. – (1) This Order may be called the Ethylene Glycol (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2021.
(2) It shall come in the force on the date of its publication in the Officiail Gazette.
2. In the Ethylene Glycol (Quality Control) Order, 2020, in Paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely:-
"(2) This order shall come into force on the expiry of one hundred and eighty days from the date of its publication in the Officiail Gazette".

2. एन-बूटाइल एक्रीलेट (गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण) आदेश, 2020 के पैरा1 में, उप-पैरा (2) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित उप-पैरा रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्:-

2. In the n-Butyl Acrylate (Quality Control) Order, 2020, in Paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely:-
"(2) This order shall come into force on the expiry of one hundred and eighty days from the date of its publication in the Officiail Gazette".

1. (1) संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ - (1) इस आदेश का संक्षिप्त नाम फ्थेलिक एनहाइड्राइड (गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण) संशोधन आदेश, 2021 है।
(2) यह राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होगा।
2. फ्थेलिक एनहाइड्राइड (गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण) आदेश, 2020 के पैरा 1 में, उप-पैरा (2) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित उप-पैरा रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्:-

1. (1) Short title and commencement. – (1) This Order may be called the Phthalic Anhydride (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2021.
2) It shall come in the force on the date of its publication in the Officiail Gazette.
2. In the Phthalic Anhydride (Quality Control) Order, 2020, in Paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely:-
"(2) This order shall come into force on the expiry of one hundred and eighty days from the date of its publication in the Officiail Gazette".

1. (1) संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ - (1) इस आदेश का संक्षिप्त नाम टेरेफथेलिक एसिड (गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण) संशोधन आदेश, 2021 है।
(2) यह राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होगा।
2. टेरेफथेलिक एसिड (गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण) आदेश, 2020 के पैरा 1 में, उप-पैरा (2) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित उप-पैरा रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्:-

2. टोल्यूइन (गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण) आदेश, 2020 के पैरा1 में, उप-पैरा (2) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित उप-पैरा रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्:-

2. In the Toluene (Quality Control) Order, 2020, in Paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely:-
"(2) This order shall come into force on the expiry of one hundred and eighty days from the date of its publication in the Officiail Gazette".
