NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 25th June, 2021

S.O. 2558(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) section 3 of the National Highways Act,1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers in mentioned in column (2) of the schedule below as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official said schedule relating to district, taluka, police station and villages mentioned in columns (4), (5), (6) and (7) respectively of the said schedule for upgradation to 4-lane with paved shoulder configuration (NH-144A) from 4th Tawi Bridge (km 0.000) to Canal Head (Km 0.800) of 800 m length in the union territory of Jammu & Kashmir.
