का.आ. 2544(अ).—के न्द्रीय सरकार पर्यावरण (संरक्षण) अधिनियम, 1986 (1986 का 29) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (3) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और तत्कालीन पर्यावरण और वन मंत्रालय में, भारत सरकार की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 1533 (अ) तारीख 14 सितम्बर, 2006 के अनुपालन में भारत सरकार के पर्यावरण, वन और जलवायु परिवर्तन मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 524 (अ) तारीख 03 फरवरी, 2021 द्वारा भारत के राजपत्र असाधारण, भाग 2 खंड 3, उप-खंड (ii) में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात:-

उक्त अधिसूचना के अनुच्छेद 5 में, क्रम संख्या 9 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित को रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्:-

''(9)	अपर निदेशक अथवा संयुक् त निदेशक, पर्यावरण, और जलवायु परिवर्तन निदेशालय, पंजाब सरकार।	सदस् य-सचिव।''

S.O. 2544(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986) and in pursuance of the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Environment and Forests, number S.O. 1533(E), dated the 14th September, 2006, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O. 524(E), dated the 03rd February, 2021, namely:-

In the said notification, in the paragraph 5, for the serial number 9 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely: -

"(9.)	Additional Director or Joint Director, Directorate of Environment and Climate Change, Government of Punjab.	Member Secretary.''
