का.आ. 2586(अ).—के न्द्रीय सरकार, आधार, (वित्तीय और अन्य सहायिकियों, प्रसुविधाओं और सेवाओं का लक्ष्यित परिदान) अधिनियम, 2016 (2016 का 18) की धारा 7 के उपबंधों के अनुसरण में, भारत सरकार के उपभोक्ता मामले, खाद्य और सार्वजनिक वितरण मंत्रालय, खाद्य और सार्वजनिक वितरण विभाग की अधिसूचना का.आ. संख्यांक 371(अ), तारीख 8 फरवरी, 2017 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है अर्थात:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में,-
(क) पैरा 1 के उप-पैरा (2) में, "30 जून, 2021 तक" शब्दों, अंकों और अक्षरों के स्थान पर, "30 सितम्बर, 2021 तक" शब्द, अंक और अक्षर रखे जाएंगे।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 23rd June, 2021
S.O. 2586(E).—In pursuance of the provisions of section 7 of the Aadhaar (Targeted Delivery of Financial and Other Subsidies, Benefits and Services) Act, 2016 (18 of 2016), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Department of Food and Public Distribution, vide number S.O. 371(E), dated the 8th February, 2017, namely : -
In the said notification,-
(a) in paragraph 1, in sub-paragraph (2), for the words, figures and letters "by 30th June, 2021", the words, figures and letters "by 30th September, 2021" shall be substituted;
(b) in paragraph 2, in sub-paragraph (1), for the words, figures and letters "by 30th June, 2021", the words, figures and letters "by 30th September, 2021" shall be substituted.
