संख्या 34/2021-सीमा शुल्क

सा.का.नि. 449 (अ).—सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 (1962 का 52) की धारा 25 की उप-धारा (1) के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए के न्द्र सरकार, इस बात से संतुष्ट होते हुए कि ऐसा करना जनहित में आवश्यक है, एतदद्वारा, नीचे दी गई सारणी के कॉलम (3) में उल्लिखित वस्तुओं, जो कि उक्त सारणी के कॉलम (2) में विनिर्दिष्ट सीमा शुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम, 1975 (1975 का 51) की प्रथम अनुसूची के अध्याय, शीर्षक, उप शीर्षक या टैरिफ मद के अंतर्गत आती हों, को, जब भारत में उनका आयात किया गया हो, उन पर उक्त प्रथम अनुसूची के अंतर्गत लगाए जाने वाले सीमाशुल्क से उस हद तक छू ट देती है जिस हद तक वह उक्त सारणी के कॉलम (4) की तत्संबंधी प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट मानक दर से संगणित राशि से अधिक होती हो, यथा-

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 29th June, 2021

No. 34/2021-Customs

G.S.R. 449 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby exempts the goods of the description specified in column (3) of the Table below, falling within the Chapter, heading, sub–heading or tariff item of the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975) specified in column (2) of the said Table, when imported into India, from so much of the duty of customs leviable thereon under the said First Schedule, as is in excess of the amount calculated at the standard rate specified in the corresponding entry in column (4) of the said Table, namely -

2. This notification shall come into effect on 30th June 2021 and will remain in force upto and inclusive of the 30th September, 2021.
