विषय: दिल्ली एकीकृ त भवन उपविधि (यू.बी.बी.एल.) 2016 में संशोधन ।
का. आ. 2615 (अ).— दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण, एतद् द्वारा, दिल्ली विकास अधिनियम, 1957 (1957 का 61) की धारा 57 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, कें द्र सरकार के पूर्व अनुमोदन से, दिल्ली एकीकृ त भवन उपविधि (यू.बी.बी.एल.) 2016 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है।

| 1 | 2.0.1 प्रक्रिया | 2.0.1 प्रक्रिया (च) अग्न् िा सुरक्षा अनापत्ति, पीईएसओ और अन् य आवश् यक मंजूरी, जहां भी लागू हों, मिलने पर के वल ओपन/सेटबैक क्षेत्र में अस् पतालों में भू-तल पर पीएसए प् लांट/लिक्विड मेडिकल ऑक् सीजन प् लांट और इसी प्रकार की संबंद्ध अवसंरचना के निर्माण/संस् थापन के लिए संस् वीकर्ता प्राधिकरण से कोई नोटिस और बिल्डिंग परमिट अपेक्षित नहीं है। अस् पताल परिसर के अंदर ऑक् सीजन सिलिंडर को रिफिल करने की अनुमति नहीं होगी। |
| 2 | 7.17.2 | 7.17.2 फ. अस् पतालों में पीएसए प् लांट/लिक्विड मेडिकल ऑक् सीजन प् लांट और इसी प्रकार की अन् य संबंधित अवसंरचनाओं पर अग्नि सुरक्षा अनापत्ति, पीईएसओ और अन् य आवश् यक मंजूरी प्राप् त होने पर एफ ए आर और ग्राउण् ड कवरेज लागू नहीं होंगे। |

New Delhi, the 29th June, 2021
Sub: Modifications in the Unified Building Bye-Laws (UBBL) for Delhi 2016
S.O. 2615(E).— in exercise of powers conferred by Section 57 of Delhi Development Act, 1957 (61 of 1957), the Delhi Development Authority, with the prior approval of the Central Government, hereby make the following modification in the Unified Building Bye-Laws (UBBL) for Delhi 2016.

| 1 | 2.0.1 Procedure | 2.0.1 Procedure (f) No notice and building permit is required from the sanctioning authority for erection/ installation of PSA Plant/ Liquid Medical Oxygen Plant and similar related infrastructure in Hospitals on ground, only in open/ setback area subject to Fire Safety clearance, PESO and other mandatory clearances, wherever applicable. Refilling of oxygen cylinders within the hospital premise shall not be permitted. |
| 2 | 7.17.2 | 7.17.2 v. PSA Plant/ Liquid Medical Oxygen Plant and similar related infrastructure in Hospitals shall be free from FAR and Ground Coverage subject to Fire Safety clearance, PESO and other mandatory clearances. |
