-CPM/RVNL/PATNA/3rd Line/SEB-PTRU/WorkCorrespondence.—रेलवे(संशोधन) अधिनियम 2008 की धारा-2 के खंड 7 ए द्वारा प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राज्य सरकार एतदद्वारा जिला भू-अर्जन पदाधिकारी (डीएलएओ), औरंगाबाद को उक्त अधिनियम के तहत, बिहार राज्य के सोननगर-गढ़वा रोड परियोजना क्षेत्र में जो कि सोननगर-पतरातू तीसरी लाइन, विषेष रेल परियोजना का हिस्सा है, प्राधिकारी के कार्य करने के लिए सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में अधिकृत करती है जो भारत के राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से लागू होगा।

No.2021-CPM/RVNL/PATNA/3rd Line/SEB-PTRU/Work Correspondence.—In exercise of powers conferred by clause 7A of Section -2 of the Railway (Amendment) Act 2008, the State Government hereby authorizes the District Land Acquisition Officer (DLAO), Aurangabad as Competent Authority to perform the function of such authority under the said Act in the area of the Sonnagar-Garhwa Road Project, which is Part of Special Railway Project i.e. Sonnagar-Patratu 3rd line, in the State of Bihar with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette of India.
