दिनांक 03.11.2020 के संशोधन के साथ पठित दिनांक 22.07.2020 की ''कोयला आधारित तापीय विद्युत परियोजनाओं से परिपूरित, ग्रिड संबद्ध, अक्षय ऊर्जा विद्युत परियोजनाओं से चौबीस घंटे (राउण्ड दि क्लॉक) विद्युत क्रय करने के लिए टैरिफ आधारित प्रतिस्पर्धी बोली प्रक्रिया के लिए दिशानिर्देश'' से संबंधित विद्युत मंत्रालय के संकल्प के अनुच्छेद 5.1 और 6.4 के अनुसरण में केन्द्रीय विद्युत विनियामक आयोग बोली मूल्यांकन के प्रयोजन के लिए निम्नलिखित दरों और अन्य पैरामीटरों को अधिसूचित करता है।

| 3.1 | 125 किलोमीटर की दूरी तक | 10.11% |
| 3.2 | 500 किलोमीटर की दूरी तक | 7.53% |
| 3.3 | 1000 किलोमीटर की दूरी तक | 7.02% |
| 3.4 | 2000 किलोमीटर की दूरी तक | 5.68% |
| 3.5 | 2000 किलोमीटर के बाद की दूरी तक | 5.39% |
| 4. | गैस के लिए अंतर्देशीय परिवहन प्रभार हेतु वृद्धि दरें | -0.60% |
| 5. | आयातित कोयले के लिए वृद्धि दर | 1.17% |
| 6. | आयातित कोयले के परिवहन के लिए वृद्धि दर | 0.01% |
| 7. | आयातित गैस के लिए वृद्धि दर | 4.83% |
| 8. | आयातित गैस के परिवहन के लिए वृद्धि दर | 0.01% |
| 9. | बोली मूल्यांकन के लिए प्रयुक्त की जाने वाली बट्टा दर | 9.31% |

No. Eco-E/2021-CERC.— In pursuance of paragraphs 5.1 and 6.4 of the Resolution of Ministry of Power on "Guidelines for Tariff Based Competitive Bidding Process for Procurement of Round-The-Clock Power from Grid Connected Renewable Energy Power Projects, complemented with Power from Coal Based Thermal Power Projects" dated 22.07.2020 read with amendment dated 03.11.2020, the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission notifies the following rates and other parameters for the purpose of bid evaluation.
