मध्यप्रदेश राज्य विधिज्ञ परिषद्‌ से भारतीय विधिज्ञ परिषद्‌ के सदस्य प्रतिनिधि के चुनाव संबंधित संयुक्त आख्य (Joint Report) दिनांकित 07 ़03 ़2021 पर्यवेक्षक श्री कृष्णमूर्ति मिश्रा, रजिस्ट्रार (सतर्कता), मध्यप्रदेश उच्च न्यायालय, जबलपुर, निर्वाचन अधिकारी (Returning Officer) श्री अशोक कुमार पांडेय, संयुक्त सचिव, भारतीय विधिज्ञ परिषद्‌ एवमं सहायक निर्वाचन अधिकारी (Assistant Returning Officer) श्री प्रशांत दुबे, सचिव, मध्यप्रदेष राज्य विधिज्ञ परिषद्‌ के द्वारा संयुक्त रूप से विचार करने हेतु प्रस्तुत।

संकल्प संख्या --/2021कार्यालय ने पर्यवेक्षक श्री कृष्णमूर्ति मिश्रा, रजिस्ट्रार (सतर्कता), मध्यप्रदेश उच्च न्यायालय, जबलपुर, निर्वाचन अधिकारी (Returning Officer) श्री अशोक कुमार पांडेय, संयुक्त सचिव, भारतीय विधिज्ञ परिषद्‌ एवमं सहायक निर्वाचन अधिकारी (Assistant Returning Officer) श्री प्रशांत दुबे, सचिव, मध्यप्रदेष राज्य विधिज्ञ परिषद्‌ के द्वारा संयुक्त आख्य (Joint Report) दिनांकित 07 ़03 ़2021 विचार के लिए प्रस्तुत किया है। उपरोक्त प्रस्तुत संयुक्त आख्य (Joint Report) के अनुसार दिनांक 07 ़03 ़2021 को सपन्न चुनाव में श्री 3599 GI/2021 (1) 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] प्रताप मेहता, मध्यप्रदेश राज्य विधिज्ञ परिषद्‌ से भारतीय विधिज्ञ परिषद्‌ के सदस्य प्रतिनिधि के रूप में निर्वाचित घोषित किये गये। परिषद्‌ ने सर्वसम्मति से रिपोर्ट को स्वीकार कर लिया और श्री प्रताप मेहता को आज यानि 15 ़03 ़2021 से उनके उत्तराधिकारी के चुने जाने तक मध्यप्रदेश राज्य विधिज्ञ परिषद्‌ से भारतीय विधिज्ञ परिषद्‌ के सदस्य प्रतिनिधि बने रहने की अनुमति दी गई है।

कार्यालय को भारत के राजपत्र में श्री प्रताप मेहता के चुनाव परिणाम के प्रकाशन के लिए सभी आवश्यक कदम उठाने हैं।

तदनुसार हल किया गया।

Extract of the Minutes of the Meeting of the General Council of the Bar Council of India dated 15.03.2021 Item No. 86/2021

To consider the Report dated 07.03.2021 jointly submitted by Observer Mr. Krishnamurti Mishra, Registrar (Vigilance), Madhya Pradesh High Court, Jabalpur, Returning Officer Mr. Ashok Kumar Pandey, Joint Secretary, Bar Council of India and Assistant Returning Officer Mr. Prashant Dubey, Secretary, State Bar Council of Madhya Pradesh for the Election of Member-Representative to the Bar Council of India from the State Bar Council of Madhya Pradesh.

Resolution No.____/2021

The office has placed the Report dated 07.03.2021 jointly submitted by Observer Mr. Krishnamurti Mishra, Registrar (Vigilance), Madhya Pradesh High Court, Jabalpur, Returning Officer Mr. Ashok Kumar Pandey, Joint Secretary, Bar Council of India and Assistant Returning Officer Mr. Prashant Dubey, Secretary, State Bar Council of Madhya Pradesh for the Election of Member-Representative to the Bar Council of India from the State Bar Council of Madhya Pradesh. As per Report, Mr. Pratap Mehta was declared elected in the election held on 07.03.2021 for the post of Member-Representative to the Bar Council of India from the State Bar Council of Madhya Pradesh.

The Council unanimously accepts the report and Mr. Pratap Mehta is hereby allowed to be the Member of the Bar Council of India from the State Bar Council of Madhya Pradesh from today i.e. 15.03.2021 until his successor is elected.

The office is to take all necessary steps for publication of the result of Mr. Pratap Mehta in the Official Gazette of India.
