सं. 56/2021-सीमा शुल्क (गै.टै.)
सा.का.नि. 457(अ).—सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 (1962 का 52) की धारा 30, 30क, 41, 41क, 53, 54, 56, धारा 98 की उपधारा (3) और धारा 158 की उपधारा (2) के साथ पठित धारा 157 के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुये, के न्द्रीय अप्रत्यक्ष कर एवं सीमाशुल्क बोर्ड, एतदद्वारा, सी कार्गो मेनिफे स्ट एंड ट्रांशिपमेंट रेगुलेशन्स, 2018 में और आगे भी संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाता है, यथा: -
1. संक्षिप्त शीर्षक और प्रारम्भ.—(1) इन विनियमों को सी कार्गो मेनिफे स्ट एंड ट्रांशिपमेंट (चतुर्थ अमेंडमेंट) रेगुलेशन्स, 2021 कहा जाएगा।
(2) ये सरकारी राजपत्र में अपने प्रकाशन की तारीख से लागू होंगे। 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] (क) उपविनियम (2) में, शब्द, अंक और अक्षर " 30 जून, 2021 तक" के स्थान पर शब्द, अंक और अक्षर "31 जुलाई, 2021 तक" को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा। [फा. स. 450/58/2015- सीमाशुल्क IV (पार्ट)]
के विन बोबन, अवर सचिव(सीमाशुल्क) टिप्पणी: इस प्रधान विनियमावली को सा.का.नि. 448 (अ), दिनांक 11 मई, 2018 के तहत भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण के भाग II, खंड (3), उपखंड (i) में प्रकाशित किया गया था और इसमे अंतिम बार अधिसूचना संख्या 50/2021- सीमाशुल्क (गै. टै.), दिनांक 31 मई, 2021, सा.का. नि. 356 (अ), दिनांक 31 मई, 2021 के तहत, के द्वारा संशोधन किया गया था।

G.S.R. 457(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 157, read with sections 30, 30A, 41, 41A, 53, 54, 56, sub-section (3) of section 98 and sub-section (2) of section 158 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Sea Cargo Manifest and Transhipment Regulations, 2018, namely: - 1. Short title and commencement. - (1) These regulations may be called the Sea Cargo Manifest and Transhipment (Fourth Amendment) Regulations, 2021.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the said regulations, in regulation 15, -
(a) in sub-regulation (2), for the words, figures and letters, "till 30th June, 2021", the words, figures and letters, "till 31st July, 2021" shall be substituted.
