समय-समय पर यथा संशोधित विदेश व्यापार नीति, 2015-2020 के पैरा 1.02 और 2.01 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार (विकास एवं विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1992 की धारा 5 के साथ पठित धारा 3 के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा पैरा 2.05 (घ) के प्रावधान को निम्नानुसार संशोधित करती हैः
| 2.05 (घ) | जाए। यदि आईईसी पुष्टि करने की भी आवश्यकता है। | आईईसी धारक को यह सुनिश्चित करना होगा कि उसके आईईसी विवरण को प्रत्येक वर्ष अप्रैल-जून की अवधि के दौरान इलेक्ट्रॉनिक रुप से अद्यतित किया विवरण में कोई परिवर्तन नहीं है तो इसकी ऑनलाइन | आईईसी धारक को यह सुनिश्चित करना होगा कि उसके आईईसी विवरण को प्रत्येक वर्ष अप्रैल-जून की अवधि के दौरान इलेक्ट्रॉनिक रुप से अद्यतित किया जाए। यदि आईईसी विवरण में कोई परिवर्तन नहीं है तो इसकी ऑनलाइन पुष्टि करने की भी आवश्यकता है। |
आईईसी संशोधन की अवधि 31.07.2021 तक केवल वर्ष 2021-22 हेतु बढायी गयी है, और दिनांक 31 जुलाई, 2021 तक की अवधि के दौरान आईईसी में किए जाने वाले संशोधनों पर कोई भी शुल्क प्रभारित नहीं किया जाएगा।

Subject: Extension in period of modification of IEC till 31.07.2021 and waiver of fees for IEC updation during
July, 2021– reg.
S.O. 2659(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 read with Section 5 of the FTD(D&R) Act, 1992 , read with paragraph 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-20, as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby revises the provision in para 2.05 (d) as under:

2. Further, fee to be charged for modification of IEC done during the month of July, 2021 will remain 'Nil'.
3. Effect of this Notification: Period of modification of IEC is extended for the year 2021-22 only till 31.07.2021, and no fee shall be charged on modifications carried out in IEC during the period upto 31st July, 2021.
